What is Les Journées Particulières?Created in 2011, Les Journées Particulières aim to open the doors of LVMH group Maisons free of charge to as many people as possible, to showcase exceptional places and know-how, in contact with the people who bring them to life. On October 16, 17, and 18, 2026, LVMH is opening the doors of 71 locations around the world, some of which are usually inaccessible to the general public.
How to participate in Les Journées Particulières?You will be able to book your ticket on the LVMH website as soon as bookings open. Some locations will also be accessible directly on-site, without prior booking, subject to availability. To be notified when bookings open, you can sign up for email alerts via the form available at the bottom of the homepage.
How to find experiences in my country or city?You can consult the list of open locations and filter experiences by region, country, or city from the locations list.
How do I book an experience?As soon as bookings open, you will be able to access the booking platform from the Les Journées Particulières homepage, the open locations list, or each experience's page. To be notified when bookings open, you can sign up for email alerts from the homepage.
When do bookings open?Bookings will open in three waves, on September 24, 28, and 30, starting at 2:00 PM (Paris time). Each wave will offer a different selection of locations. On opening day, we look forward to seeing you on the page of your desired experience. Some locations will also be accessible without booking by going directly on-site on the day of the event.
Why am I limited to a single visit?To allow as many people as possible to participate, online registrations are limited to a single visit per booker.
Can I participate in Les Journées Particulières without a booking?Yes, some locations will be accessible with free admission, subject to availability. This information is specified on the pages of the concerned experiences.
Why am I limited to 3 guests?To allow as many people as possible to participate in the event, each booking is limited to a maximum of 4 tickets (the primary participant and up to 3 guests).
Why can't a minor book an experience?Minors must be accompanied by an adult. The booking must be made by the legal representative, who can then add participants, whether minors or adults, if the experience permits. Some experiences are not accessible to minors.
Are the experiences accessible to everyone?Access conditions and accessibility features may vary depending on the experiences offered. Some visits take place in historical or heritage sites whose architecture or preservation constraints may limit access for certain audiences. For each experience, accessibility information is specified in the access conditions: minimum age, languages spoken, mobility, visual or hearing impairment, etc. We invite you to consult them to identify access terms and any proposed accommodations.
Where can I find my tickets once my booking is confirmed?Your tickets will be sent to you by email at the address provided during booking. You can also save them in your Wallet. They will also remain accessible online via the link present in your confirmation email.
How to create or reset my password?Go to the booking platform from your booking confirmation email. An authentication code will be sent to you by email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?Yes. From your confirmation email, you can modify your guests' information or cancel your entire booking.
