“LVMH Journées Particulières” or “Event” refers the program developed by LVMH which aims to open the Group's Maisons to the public to showcase the richness of their crafts and expertise. This event seeks to demystify the world of luxury, highlight artisanal heritage, and emphasize LVMH's commitment to excellence and the transmission of skills, while sharing the passion of its artisans.

“Notice” means this privacy notice, which aims to inform you about how LVMH will Process your Personal Data in connection with the Program, as a Participant to a Session.

“Personal Data” or “Data” has the meaning ascribed in section 2 of this Notice.

“Process” or “Processing” means any operations or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on set of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means (such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restrictation, erasure or destruction).

“Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions of the LVMH Journées Particulières, which are available on the Website.

“Visit(s)” refers to a specific time-slot booked by you as part of the Event.

“Website” means the https://reservationjourneesparticulieres.lvmh.com/ website for booking tickets to the Event purpose only.

“You” or “Visitor ” means any individuals who is a registered attendee: either by booking tickets to the Event or by being invited by someone to attend with them via group booking.

2. What is a Personal Data ?

Personal Data refers to any information or pieces of information that could identify a person either directly (e.g. your name, surname) or indirectly (e.g. an email, a telephone number, etc.) as well as any information related to an identified or identifiable person.

3. Who is the Data Controller ?

As regards the management of your participation to the Event, LVMH acts as Data Controller for the purposes of:

• Event Management and Logistics: To manage the operational aspects of your participation, including:
  • §Allocating time slots and managing registrations.
  • §Ensuring a smooth visitor flow for attendees.
• Communicating with Visitors regarding essential event details, booking confirmation, necessary updates or changes, and providing post-event thank-you notes.
• Security and Safety:To ensure the safety and security of Visitors, staff, and premises during the event, and to provide a secure environment. This includes, in particular:
  • §Preventing fraud and ensuring accurate identification of visitors, including in cases of homonyms ("namesakes").
  • §Reporting to the police or competent authorities in case of demonstrations, violence, or any other security incident.
  • Verifying the age of visitors to ensure compliance with access restrictions, as some areas may not be suitable for children under 5 or 12 years old due to safety considerations.

For LVMH Group Affiliates that can accommodate access for persons with reduced mobility (PRM), those Maisons will act as Independent Data Controllers.

4. What categories of Personal Data are used by LVMH?

The categories of Personal Data processed by LVMH is described in Exhibit 1.

5. How is your Personal Data collected by LVMH?

LVMH collects your Personal Data as follows:

• Directly from you when you use LVMH services, to complete your registration and booking to the Event as per the Terms and Conditions, or when we interact with you (e.g., email exchange).
• Automatically when You access or use the Website (technical details, IP address, browsing information, etc.).

The detailed list of recipients of your Personal Data is included in the table attached in Exhibit 1.

Please note that LVMH only shares your Personal Data to its affiliates or service providers which have a legitimate need to access or receive it.

Please note that LVMH may share for the purposes describe in Exhibit 1 your Personal Data to third parties, including:

• LVMH subcontractors and service providers acting for technical and logistical reasons (hosting providers, website security and maintenance providers, technical service providers responsible for sending emails);
• LVMH Group Affiliates involved in the management of the Event, and in particular Maisons hosting visits;
• any authority, jurisdiction, or other third party when such disclosure is required by law, a regulatory provision, or a court decision, or if such disclosure is necessary to ensure the protection and defence of LVMH rights.

9. Transfer of your Personal Data outside of the European Economic Area

Your Personal Data is processed in the European Union by LVMH, and may rely on certain service providers, located abroad, which themselves rely on processors located abroad, including outside of the EEA in countries where applicable data protection regulations differ from those that apply in the EEA.

Any transfer of your Personal Data outside the EEA will be subject to appropriate safeguards that comply with Applicable Data Protection Regulations.

This applies in particular to Personal Data that may be sent to LVMH Maison or affiliates outside the EEA for visit attendance.

Upon request, LVMH will provide you with a copy of applicable safeguards.

10. What are your rights regarding your Personal Data?

You have the following rights:

• Right to be informed: You have the right to obtain clear, transparent, and easliy understandable information about how LVMH uses your Data;
• Right of access: You have the right to access the Data that LVMH holds about you;
• Right to request the rectification: You have the right to have your Data rectified if it is inaccurate or outdated, and/or to have it completed if it is incomplete;
• Right to request the erasure: You have the right to have your Data erased or deleted. This right may be limited, for instance, if LVMH needs to retain your Data for a legal purpose.
• Right to object: You can object to receiving LVMH communications at any time, by using the hyperlink provided for this purpose in each email or communication that LVMH sends to you.
• Rigth to withdraw consent: if a Processing of your Data is based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time concerning the processing of your Data when this processing is based on your consent.
• Right to data portability: You have the right to request, in certain cases, the transfer of your Data to a third party of your choice under the condition provided by law.

It is reminded that, in accordance with Article 63 of Law no. 2016-1321 of October 7,2016 for a Digital Republic, any person may establish directives relating to the retention, erasure, and communication of their Personal Data after their death.

LVMH implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and protect your Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or unauthorized access.

These technical and organisational measures comply with Applicable Data Protection Regulations and ensure the security and confidentiality of your Personal Data.
